To be effective you need to be tracking how many people you are inviting on a daily basis (I refer to this as an exposure) as well as how many people you are presenting to on a daily basis (I refer to this as a presentation). If you are talking to a lot of people but no exposures are taking place, you are probably not doing a good job at prospecting the right people. If you are doing a lot of exposures but no presentations, you need to work at getting the presentation.
